    Kids Combat Academy

    Here at Gorilla Fitness we believe its more than just learning kicks and punches for our kids program. We feel it’s about giving kids a safe, fun, and engaging space to grow. Our program helps children build confidence, focus, and respect while providing a healthy outlet for their energy.

     

    In our Kids Combat Academy classes introduce real self-defense skills by blending the foundations of traditional martial arts with modern disciplines like boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. This balanced approach keeps kids active and excited while equipping them with practical tools they can carry through life.


    Through interactive games, hands-on drills, and age-appropriate techniques, students develop discipline, teamwork, and perseverance in a supportive, encouraging environment. Our instructors are dedicated to making sure every child feels safe, included, and challenged at just the right pace.


    Whether your child is bursting with energy or simply looking for a positive new hobby, Kids Combat Academy is the place to help them grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.

    Girls & Womens Kickboxing

    Our Girls & Womens Kickboxing class blends authentic martial arts training with a high-energy, full-body workout. Open to all experience levels, you’ll learn real kickboxing techniques including strikes, footwork, defense, and combinations — you'll be building strength, confidence, and skill in a fun, motivating environment.

    Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining existing skills, our instructors break down every movement step by step, making the class approachable while still pushing you to grow. Expect a challenging workout that improves endurance, coordination, and power — all while learning practical, empowering techniques.

    About Our Jiu-Jitsu Program

    At our academy, Jiu-Jitsu is taught in a welcoming, family-style environment where students of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels feel supported from day one. Our experienced instructors provide high-level coaching, breaking down techniques in a clear and approachable way that allows beginners to feel comfortable while challenging advanced students to grow.

    Both Gi and No-Gi classes deliver a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, endurance, and mental sharpness. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, personal growth, or competition, our program offers the structure, encouragement, and community to help you succeed—on and off the mats.
     

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (No-Gi)

    Our No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class offers a fast-paced, athletic style of grappling without the traditional uniform. Training focuses on body positioning, pressure, escapes, and submissions using leverage and technique rather than clothing grips. With an emphasis on real-world application, No-Gi is ideal for self-defense, MMA, and anyone looking for a dynamic, high-energy way to train.
     

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

    Our Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class connects students to the traditional roots of the art, training in the kimono to explore grips, control, sweeps, and submissions. Gi training emphasizes patience, precision, and strategy, helping students build strong fundamentals, sharpen problem-solving skills, and develop a deeper technical understanding of Jiu-Jitsu.

    Our Wrestling class delivers high-level instruction in a structured, professional training environment designed to build both technical skill and athletic performance. Classes focus on safe, effective, and engaging training that helps athletes develop strong fundamentals while continuously progressing.


    Led by experienced coaches with deep technical expertise, each session is carefully planned to support all experience levels. Beginners build a solid foundation in stance, movement, takedowns, and control, while advanced athletes sharpen their skills through high-level drilling, live sparring, and strategy-based training. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, efficient movement, and intelligent problem-solving on the mat.
